The same manager came over and seemed genuinely annoyed that the room was in that condition. He said engineering would come to fix the shade. Being a little annoyed and not impressed by the 12th floor view and extremely dirty windows , I asked if the Penthouse suite was still available.

Ok, I said I would take it. To be fair, the manager said it could take 30 minutes to 2 hours to clear. Engineering did come to the room to fix the window shade, but that took some time.

We were waiting for our new room , so again, we waited in our friends room. An hour went by, then two, then three, so I called. Oh, it's still not cleared.

It's a Noir guest, but we'll check with marketing. You call us back in an hour and we'll see. They couldn't call me, I had to call them.

No bidet. But when you look around, you start to notice how old the suites are. Wall paper is either missing or pealing off the wall.

The area around the vents is covered in dust. I'm not sure why they can't wipe it off. The windows are caked with dirt on the outside.

I called to ask what channel to tune into, and apparently they lost the rights. For me, the coordination of the fountains with the music is really what made it special.
